The unique WallRax slat board has been designed so that you can choose exactly where you want to fix it to the wall without having to cover the whole wall with unwanted shop type slat wall boards.

WallRax Variations

WallRax unique hanger systems are designed for both the professional and the amateur musician.

WallRax Short: 600mm long x 150mm high
WallRax Standard: 1200mm long x 150mm high
Pre-assembled
  • Black (graphite), Oak or Walnut faced finished MDF board with veneered edges
  • White melamine finish on heavy duty birch ply
  • New sustainable Bamboo
  • Aluminium slat liners or black slat liners
  • Guitar hangers are NOT supplied as standard but sold separately
  • WallRax boards are supplied either drilled or un-drilled and come with standard brick/plaster wall fixings. We advise fitting more fixtures if required and suggest hanging them by the top part of the board to help with the weight. Please ensure you do not overload the weight on a WallRax board.
  • If you are using your own Hercules ASG hangers, please contact us in advance to ensure that they are the correct ones to fit. The WallRax system is designed to fit specific Hercules ASG hangers. We cannot take any responsibility if hangers are used which are not suitable.

The WallRax slat board, designed with both the home guitar enthusiast & the guitar professional in mind.

This smart & easy to use system is extremely versatile allowing the user to customise how to display or store their guitars.

The WallRax slat board is designed for slat board type guitar hangers – We recommend using the Hercules AGS (Auto Grip System) & String Swing hangers. 

You can choose exactly where you want to fix it to the wall without having to cover the whole wall with unwanted shop type slat wall boards.

WallRax slat boards are a fraction of the weight of standard wall boards & therefore easier to handle & mount to the wall.

Each standard length slat board can hold up to 4 guitars side by side, flat against the wall using the Hercules or String Swing short arm guitar wall hangers or 6-8 guitars hung sideways using the Hercules or String Swing long arm guitar wall hangers.

The metal hangers can be spaced anywhere along the WallRax board to suit your personal display or storage requirements.

Each WallRax slat board come with aluminium inserts lining the slat & veneered edging.

The WallRax slat board comes in a variety of different veneer finishes with a professionally manufactured finish.

The WallRax slat board is much smarter as well as being easier & quicker to install than individual guitar hooks screwed to the wall.

For anyone considering how best to put your prized guitars on the wall, do consider a WallRax system. It spreads the load much better and the slat system helps you be more modular with what you want to hang. Super impressed and happy to finally have the guitars up
